Benton Mountain Bike Park Grand Opening
As the anticipation comes to an end, the Benton Mountain Bike Park celebrated its grand opening on Thursday, June 13. After years of planning and construction, the park is now open to the public, offering free trails for riders of all ages and experience levels.
This remarkable park features close to 4 miles of trails, including a second Dual Slalom course in the state, making it a unique experience in Central Arkansas. The trails are designed to challenge and engage riders at every level, from beginners to experts, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the thrill of mountain biking.
Event Details
– Ribbon Cutting: Two separate ribbon cuttings were held for the upper and lower parts of the park.
– Free Trails: The only cost is the cost of a bicycle; riding the trails is completely free of charge.
– Special Guests: Invited guests took the first rides on the trails following the ribbon cutting.
– Amenities: Food trucks, demo bikes, and local vendors were available at the event.
– First Ride Perks: Riders on the first day received a First Ride water bottle while supplies lasted.
