Caddo Mountain Spring Water Files Formal Complaint Against Construction Company

Caddo Mountain Spring Water, LLC, a premium spring and artesian bottled water start-up, has filed a formal complaint with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC) against Environmental Works, Inc. of Kansas City, Missouri. The complaint alleges that Environmental Works, Inc.’s well construction activities violated at least eleven sections of the Arkansas Water Well Construction Commission Rules and Regulations.

These violations led to irreversible contamination and damage to Caddo Mountain Spring Water’s property. Furthermore, the complaint states that Environmental Works, Inc. lacked the standard of care needed to perform their work and acted in bad faith after the damages they caused. Caddo Mountain Spring Water has asked the ANRC to suspend Environmental Works, Inc.’s state license and forfeit their licensing surety bond.
