LRPD Seek Assistance in Finding Man Accused of Deadly Colonel Glenn Shooting
The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) is actively searching for a man involved in a deadly shooting at the Big Country Chateau Apartments on Colonel Glenn Road.
LRPD responded to the incident on Tuesday evening at 7:40 p.m. and found 32-year-old Akeem Broadway with gunshot wounds. Broadway was transported to UAMS, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The homicide detectives are currently investigating the incident and seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject involved.
The police department is urging anyone with information about the shooting to contact the Major Crimes Division. This marks another incident in the complex, as the LRPD had previously arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting in July 2022. In a separate incident from December 2022, a 15-year-old boy was wanted for a deadly shooting at the same apartments.
