Rivendell Escapee Captured Following Violent Tendencies Concerns

David Garrison Goings, a 28-year-old individual, has been taken back into custody by the Benton Police Department following his escape from Rivendell Behavioral Health Services.

Goings had been undergoing a psychological evaluation mandated by Miller County law enforcement when he made his escape. The authorities described him as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 167 pounds, wearing a black shirt and dark pants or jeans, and having distinctive facial and arm tattoos.

During his escape, there were concerns about Goings’ violent tendencies both towards others and himself. As a result, the authorities urged the public to exercise extreme caution and avoid any direct contact. Instead, anyone spotting him was asked to immediately call 911.

Thanks to swift action, Goings was located and is now back in custody, ending the manhunt that had raised alarm among the public. His capture marks a significant relief for both the authorities and the community.
