UA Little Rock Welcomes Kindle Holderby as New Executive Director of Admissions

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has appointed Kindle Holderby as its new executive director of admissions. This marks a return to the institution for Holderby, who previously served as the assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management.

During his prior tenure at UA Little Rock, Holderby made significant contributions to improving admissions and recruitment efforts between 2021 and 2023. His experience and skills have earned him recognition within the university and the higher education sector. Holderby’s areas of expertise include undergraduate and graduate admissions, strategic enrollment planning, marketing, and student success.

In his new role, Holderby will be responsible for leading undergraduate admissions and new student recruitment efforts. Additionally, he will oversee the university’s office of enrollment management, including military student services. His extensive background in enrollment management will undoubtedly be invaluable in driving student enrollment and success at UA Little Rock.

Holderby’s higher education career spans over 15 years, during which he has held various leadership positions, including vice president of student affairs at Bacone College and an executive role at Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
