SOAR NWA Takes Flight This Weekend
This Friday, the Benton County Fairgrounds will transform into a vibrant hot air balloon festival, hosting the fifth annual SOAR NWA event on August 16th and 17th.
Headlining the festival is acclaimed country music artist Coffey Anderson, alongside a diverse array of activities designed to captivate all ages. Kids can immerse themselves in a dedicated play area, marvel at circus performers, and explore car exhibits. Additionally, adults can indulge in the beer garden, live music, and a special car showcase.
Admission options include two-day tickets for adults at in advance and at the gate, and in advance and at the gate for children between 3-10. Children under 2 years old gain free entry. Parking is available at no cost in several lots across the fairgrounds. Note that ticket availability is not guaranteed, and sales will end once the maximum capacity is reached.

Organizers note that all hot air balloon events are weather and wind permitting, ensuring the safety of attendees. The festival runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
