ASPSF Names Regional Program Manager
Brianna Otero has joined the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) as the new Program Manager for the Ouachita Region. This key appointment sees her responsible for managing the organization’s operations across Clark, Dallas, Garland, Grant, Hot Spring, Howard, Montgomery, and Pike counties.
Otero’s new role is significant, as it will enable her to support and empower single parents in these regions to pursue higher education and create better opportunities for themselves and their families. Her expertise and dedication are expected to make a substantial impact on the communities under her purview.
The Ouachita Region is one of several regions across Arkansas that the ASPSF operates in, each with its own dedicated program manager. Other regional managers include Joy Smith for the East Region and Keisha Williams for the Central Region.
This development underscores ASPSF’s commitment to providing accessible education and supporting single parents in their educational endeavors. By appointing and empowering regional program managers, the organization reinforces its mission to foster positive change across the state of Arkansas.
Regional Coverage and Support
In addition to the Ouachita Region, ASPSF serves other areas, each with its program manager. For instance, Makayla Washington oversees McGehee and its surrounding areas, while Carrie Allen is responsible for Jonesboro and surrounding counties.
The organization’s framework ensures that single parents have dedicated points of contact and support within their respective regions, streamlining the application and support processes.
ASPSF Team Structure
ASPSF’s team extends beyond regional program managers. The organization boasts a comprehensive structure comprising various roles, including an Executive Director, Directors, and Managers in different functional areas such as Communications, IT, and Development.
This broad team structure allows ASPSF to effectively manage operations, fundraises, and develop strategic initiatives to advance its mission across Arkansas.
Focusing on Single Parent Support
By creating a comprehensive team and regional infrastructure, ASPSF maintains its focus on supporting single parents in Arkansas. The organization remains dedicated to its core objective of helping these individuals pursue post-secondary education, leading to improved living standards for them and their families.
Through its diverse management and regional frameworks, ASPSF will continue to make significant strides in fostering positive social and economic change across Arkansas, one family at a time.
