With this influx of new students, the university is expecting a notable increase in residential hall occupants. According to President Houston Davis, there will be around 400 more students living in the residential halls compared to the previous year. Move-In Day and Orientation

Recent events marked the beginning of the new academic year, with hundreds of volunteers assisting students during move-in day. The move-in day culminated in the freshman convocation, where the new class gathered for a photo opportunity, marking the official start of the fall semester.
