Westrock Coffee has launched the largest roast-to-ready-to-drink (RTD) manufacturing facility in North America, paving the way for unparalleled innovation and production capabilities in the coffee and beverage industry. The 570,000-square-foot facility in Conway, Arkansas, represents a significant investment of 5 million in manufacturing capability, solidifying Westrock Coffee’s position as a leader in the industry.
Located just two miles from the main facility, a new 530,000-square-foot warehousing and distribution center ensures efficient product distribution, reduces transportation times, and maintains a smooth flow of materials and finished goods. This comprehensive approach underscores Westrock Coffee’s commitment to meeting customer demands while upholding the highest quality standards.
The facility’s cutting-edge production capabilities are complemented by a state-of-the-art beverage development laboratory, which models full-scale operations to facilitate seamless concept-to-commercial production transitions.
