Friday was a day of excitement in Arkansas high school football, with a multitude of games taking place across the state. The scores came in thick and fast, showcasing the talent and determination of the young athletes.

Several teams put in strong performances, with Alma securing a 28-14 victory over Siloam Springs. Arkadelphia replicated this success with a decisive 52-14 win against Hot Springs. Meanwhile, Atkins bested Dover 41-26, and Baptist Prep triumphed over Two Rivers with a score of 42-28.

  • Booneville outplayed Ozark 31-14, while Bryant dominated St. Louis Christian Bros. 42-21.
  • More standout performances included Carlisle’s 41-20 victory over Junction City and Clinton’s 31-14 win against Heber Springs.
  • Conway Christian, too, secured a convincing 36-13 win against Quitman, with Danville putting up 48 points to Johnson Co. Westside’s 28.

De Queen notched a shutout with a 35-0 victory over Horatio. Des Arc followed suit, defeating Hazen 46-8. Dierks also put up a strong showing, beating Mountain Pine 46-28.

Other notable results saw Fayetteville edge out Broken Arrow, Okla. 30-23, while Fordyce cruised past Magnet Cove 62-6. Fouke put up a solid effort, defeating Murfreesboro 39-22.
