Fayetteville’s Artistic Oasis: The Inaugural Gallery Hop
Getting ready to immerse themselves in the vibrant art scene of Fayetteville, art lovers are in for a treat as the city prepares for its first-ever Gallery Hop on Saturday, September 21st. This exciting event promises an unforgettable experience, offering a self-guided tour of eight exceptional art galleries scattered throughout the city.
With doors open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, visitors can delve into an array of captivating exhibitions, each showcasing the unique talents of local and regional artists. Complimentary shuttle buses provided by Ozark Regional Transit ensure seamless travel between the galleries, making the event even more accessible and enjoyable.
Participating galleries will display a diverse range of artistic styles and themes. For instance, the Community Creative Center will feature “The Color of My Dreams” by Dandy Lynn, while the Sequoyah Hall Gallery will showcase “1000 Peace Cranes and Recent Paintings” by Helen Kwiatkowski. Other galleries include Fenix Arts Gallery, Walton Arts Center’s Joy Pratt Gallery, Local Color Studio Gallery, The Art Gallery at the NWA Mall, Faulkner Performing Arts Center Gallery, and the UA School of Art Studio + Design Center, each offering a distinct visual experience.
Throughout the event, attendees can also indulge in refreshments served at each location. Moreover, by registering at each participating gallery, visitors will be entered into a raffle to win exciting prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.
