Fayetteville Public Library to Undergo Closure for Building Maintenance

The Fayetteville Public Library is preparing to close temporarily for essential building maintenance, impacting its regular services from Monday, September 23, to Monday, September 30. This brief closure will ensure the library remains a safe and welcoming environment for its patrons.

During this period, library materials can still be returned using the multiple drop boxes, including indoor and outdoor locations within the library itself and drive-thru book drops at local Bank of Fayetteville branches. For added convenience, curbside pickup will remain available, allowing patrons to schedule item pickups.

The closure is part of the library’s commitment to maintaining its facilities and ensuring the best possible experience for visitors. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 1, providing patrons with uninterrupted access to the library’s extensive resources and activities.
