First Thursday Fayetteville Ready for ‘Dog Daze’ Theme on September 5
Get ready for a fun-filled evening as the First Thursday Fayetteville event transforms the Historic Downtown Square into an outdoor arts and music celebration on September 5. This month, the theme is “Dog Daze,” bringing back the popular dog pageant and plenty of excitement for you and your furry friend.
This month, the dog pageant will be the main attraction on the mainstage, taking place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. There are six divisions, each with its own check-in time and awards ceremony, so be sure to sign up for the pageant while there’s still space.
In addition to the core attractions, Natural State Beer Company will be present at the Fayetteville Town Center Plaza. The event is supported by Hounds Lounge as the presenting sponsor and is organized by Experience Fayetteville. Community sponsors include South by Northwest Hospitality for the food court, Gearhead Outfitters for waste-diversion efforts, and Lewis Automotive Group for the Kids Zone.
First Thursday Fayetteville is part of a series of festivals taking place every month from May to October. Upcoming themes include “Technicolor” on October 3, which promises to illuminate the square with dreamy lighting and cinema-inspired activations.
