From Springdale, Kevin Hernandez-Galan, 25 and homeless, was arrested for rape, terroristic threatening, and aggravated assault on a family or household member, with a bond of 0,000.
Christen Debes, 35, of Tontitown, was arrested for aggravated assault on a family member and aggravated assault, with a bond of ,500.
