Six Arrests in Northwest Arkansas for Various Charges
Recent arrests in Northwest Arkansas have highlighted the diverse range of criminal activity in the region. Authorities apprehended six individuals in connection with charges varying from drug offenses to aggravated assault.
One notable case involved Lincoln Scroggins, 69, arrested for possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver. He is currently held at the Washington County Detention Center on a ,500 bond. Similarly, Daniel Pautlitz, 36, was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine and is being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
In Fayetteville, Christopher Asher, 27, was arrested for commercial burglary, with no bond set at the Washington County Detention Center. Elsewhere, Whitney McDonald, 25, was arrested for battery and is being held in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Further arrests included Morgan Clark-Alvarado, 23, who faces charges of aggravated assault and remains in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Another significant case involves Yunior Robles-Avila, 45, who was arrested for two counts of forgery and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
