Tontitown Grape Festival at 125 Years: Celebrating Italian Heritage and Tradition
It’s that time of the year again for the Tontitown Grape Festival, proudly marking its 125th year. Sponsored by St. Joseph’s Church, the festival continues to draw visitors from all over the United States and beyond. As an enduring celebration of Tontitown’s rich Italian heritage, the festival offers a plethora of activities and attractions that cater to every age.
Headlining the festival are the famous Spaghetti Dinners, served from August 8 to 10, alongside a variety of live entertainment each night. Visitors can further immerse themselves in Italian culture through the annual coronation of the Queen of the Festival, as well as opportunities to participate in the Grape Stomp on August 6 and 7.
Beyond these core events, the festival also boasts a range of additional attractions. The Carnival and Arts & Crafts Fair provide ample amusement and shopping options, while a used book sale and a 5K Run for the Grapes round out the activities.
