ARDOT Releases Weekly Lane Closure Plan for Interstate 30

The Arkansas Department of Transportation has released its weekly lane closure plan for Interstate 30, detailing the necessary roadwork and closures for the upcoming week. This comprehensive plan aims to manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of drivers while work is being completed.

Several sections of I-30 will experience lane closures during the day and night, including various segments between Little Rock and North Little Rock. The closures will be implemented according to schedule, with some parts open during the day and others restricted at night.

One key closure involves the I-30 westbound ramp to I-630 westbound, which will be closed from 10 p.m. on Friday, June 14, through 5 a.m. on Monday, June 17. A detour route has been designated to guide drivers through this closure. Additional daytime lane closures will take place between 6th and 10th streets in Little Rock, while overnight closures will occur between Roosevelt Road in Little Rock and Interstate 40 in North Little Rock.

  • I-630 eastbound ramp to I-30 eastbound will experience a full closure.
  • I-630 eastbound ramp to I-30 northbound frontage road will also undergo a full closure.

Furthermore, some overnight lane closures will involve traffic shifts between the I-30 westbound off-ramp at Exit 140 and 6th Street in Little Rock. Closures along Broadway Street in North Little Rock and on Cypress Street will also be implemented.
