Argenta Contemporary Theatre Expanding with New Opportunities
This year, the Argenta Contemporary Theatre is moving forward with transformative changes as it rebrands and expands its offerings to the community. This new direction is aimed at increasing the theater’s professional scope and securing arts grants and stipends for actors.
Formerly known as the Argenta Community Theater, the rebranding represents a strategic transition towards a more professional and contemporary approach. This shift acknowledges the theater’s growth and its now broader role in the performing arts landscape.
New Season, New Productions
The theater has announced its new season, featuring a variety of musicals and plays. Some of the highlights include productions of Grease, The Sunshine Boys, My Fair Lady, A Christmas Story the Musical, School of Rock, Gypsy, and On Golden Pond.
Along with these performances, the theater has also updated its facilities with new seating and reserved seating options. They have established a partnership with The Joint, which will host cabarets, and introduced new education classes and camps.
