Arkansas Arts Council Seeks Submissions for “Small Works on Paper” Exhibition
The Arkansas Arts Council is now accepting entries for its annual “Small Works on Paper” exhibition, providing artists residing in the state with an opportunity to showcase their talents and gain exposure.
