Attorney Bob Edwards Confirmed to Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission

On September 4, 2024, attorney Bob Edwards was confirmed to fill a vacant seat on the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission. This decision came after a vote by the Little Rock Board of Directors.

Edwards, an attorney in Little Rock, brings extensive experience to the position. Prior to his confirmation, he served as the Chief of Staff for then-Attorney General Mark Pryor and later worked in private practice. His background in law includes focusing on nursing home and tractor-trailer litigation as well as representing families and their loved ones in various injury cases.

Edwards’ law practice is licensed in multiple states, including Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. He is also active in various professional organizations, such as the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Outside of his legal career, Edwards has served on the Board of Directors of the England Public School District and as President of the Board of Alumni at the Bowen School of Law, where he earned his JD in 1998.

This new role on the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission marks another milestone in Edwards’ distinguished career, showcasing his commitment to public service and his dedication to the community in Little Rock.
