Little Rock Noteboom
Jean Block, the newly appointed CEO of the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, has been named to an industry group’s board. Block, who assumed the role effective August 14, 2023, brings extensive experience to the position, having served as the utility’s chief legal officer and overseeing various departments. She is committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainability for the utility.
