Arrest in Labette Manor Deadly Shooting
Little Rock Police Department officials have announced the arrest of a suspect tied to a late July shooting in the Labette Manor area.
In connection with the incident, 26-year-old Dalan Patterson was taken into custody on Tuesday. The shooting led to the fatal wounds of 23-year-old Elijah Tolbert.
The investigation unfolded on July 25 when officers responded to a call at 3:37 p.m. in the 2100 block of Labette Manor Drive. Upon arrival, they found Tolbert with apparent gunshot wounds. Following medical treatment, Tolbert ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

Dalan Patterson is currently facing a charge of capital murder. He is scheduled to appear in court in October for further proceedings.
