Arrest Made in Connection with Labette Manor Fatal Shooting

Little Rock Police Department officials announced the arrest of 26-year-old Dalan Patterson on Tuesday, who has been charged with capital murder in connection with a shooting that took place on July 25.

The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Labette Manor Drive when officers responded to a shooting call at 3:37 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a man, identified as 23-year-old Elijah Tolbert, with apparent gunshot wounds. Tolbert was transported to a local hospital for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
