A significant breakthrough in a November 2023 shooting case has been made as Little Rock police arrested 19-year-old Jaylen Willis, who is now facing several charges related to the incident.
The shooting, which took place on West 12th Street on November 18, 2023, left 17-year-old Marcus Marbley dead and four others injured, including two adults and a 15-year-old.
Willis has been charged with manslaughter, two counts of aggravated robbery, and two counts of first-degree battery. Court records show that he pleaded not guilty to all charges during a preliminary hearing, where he was assigned a 0,000 bond and scheduled for a future hearing in August.
