Film Alley Coming to Breckenridge Village in Little Rock
Texas-based company Schulman Theatres will transform the former 12-screen Regal UA Breckenridge Theater into a Film Alley entertainment complex. The new development is part of the ongoing revival of the Breckenridge Village Shopping Center in west Little Rock.
Slated to open in early 2025, the Rodney Parham Film Alley location will feature eight dine-in movie auditoriums equipped with heated recliners, along with a duckpin bowling alley and a full arcade. Adding to the entertainment options, the facility will also provide a full menu and bar.
Local authorities are excited about the new addition, with Jim Keet, chairman of JTJ Restaurants and partial owner of Breckenridge Village, praising Schulman Theatres as “first-class operators.”
