Centerton Planning Commission green-lights post office expansion project

Centerton Post Office to Expand After Planning Commission Approval

The Centerton Planning Commission has voted 9-0 in favor of expanding the local post office, addressing the growing need for additional workspace as the area continues to attract new residents.

The proposed addition will add 1,672 square feet to the existing 4,260-square-foot facility, ensuring the post office is better equipped to handle the increasing volume of mail and services.

This expansion project aligns with the city’s long-term development plans, which focus on managing land use and permitting processes efficiently to accommodate Centerton’s growth.

The Planning Commission plays a crucial role in overseeing and administering land use ordinances, ensuring that all projects align with the city’s comprehensive plan and zoning regulations.
