Changes Made to Planned ‘Dream’ Hotel in Pinnacle Hills
The ‘Dream’ hotel project in Pinnacle Hills, Rogers, has undergone significant changes.
Reduced Cost− The project cost has been reduced from approximately 0 million to 0 million due to the removal of the associated entertainment venue.
This upscale hotel, situated on a 1.57-acre property currently occupied by Ruth’s Chris Steak House, will feature 207 rooms, a rooftop pool and bar, and space for two restaurants. The project, which still includes meeting space and a restaurant and bar on the top floors, is being developed in partnership with New York City-based Dream Hotel Group.
Lance Beaty, CEO of Beaty Capital Group, confirmed the changes and emphasized that the company prioritized creating a ‘pure-play hotel development’ due to parking issues surrounding the entertainment venue.
Construction is expected to begin in the early second quarter of 2025, with the work estimated to take at least 16 months to complete. The hotel is seen as a good fit for the area, which is seeing increased development with projects like the mixed-use center Pinnacle Springs.
Beaty Capital Group is known for its real estate and investment focus, and its TempleLive brand hosts national live music and entertainment acts in various historic venues across the country.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House is scheduled to relocate to a new location in the first quarter of 2025, paving the way for the hotel development to move forward.
