Church Notes: Vacation Bible School Starts June 17 at Bella Vista Lutheran in Northwest Arkansas
Bella Vista Lutheran Church is gearing up for its annual Vacation Bible School, set to take place from June 17 to 20. This exciting event, designed for children aged 4 and above, promises a fun-filled experience with dinner served nightly for all registered attendees.
Registration is now open on the church’s website, ensuring that your child does not miss out on the exciting activities in store. Additionally, the church is actively collecting used ink cartridges to help raise funds for its youth programs.
At Bella Vista Lutheran, Sunday services are held at 8:30 and 10:45 a.m., accompanied by Sunday School for children of all ages at 9:45 a.m. The church also hosts the Shepherd’s Food Pantry every Friday from 10 a.m. to noon, providing essential food items to those in need within the community.
Apart from these activities, the church is gearing up for its Adult Choir rehearsals on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and Concert Choir rehearsals at 10 a.m. These rehearsals are aimed at preparing for a special concert on June 23. The church’s commitment to the community extends to hosting a GriefShare support group every Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. in the library, as well as its involvement in the Quilters group that meets every second and fourth Wednesday.
