Crash Halts Southbound Traffic on I-49 in Rogers
On Wednesday, February 24, a multivehicle crash brought all lanes of southbound I-49 traffic to a standstill in Rogers. The incident was reported by a Highway Incident Report, with the specific details of the accident and the number of vehicles involved not disclosed.
Similar incidents have taken place on I-49 in the same area. On January 3, 2024, a traffic accident slowed southbound traffic to one lane near mile marker 79, Exit 81. In addition to these incidents, another accident occurred on April 24, 2024, when a crash near Exit 83 in Rogers backed up southbound traffic all the way to Exit 86.
