Northwest Arkansas Hosts Exciting Events This September

The month of September brings a range of exciting events to Northwest Arkansas, catering to diverse interests from art and music to sports and community interaction.

On September 12, Siloam Springs will host the internationally acclaimed RedBall Project by American artist Kurt Perschke, showcasing a 250-pound, 15-foot inflatable mobile sculpture work and event. This unique blend of art and community interaction is part of the Municipal Arts Alliance, which aims to foster an inclusive creative ecosystem across northwest Arkansas cities.

Also happening on September 12 is the Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation Master Concert: The Gods of Carnatic, offering a rich cultural experience to attendees. In addition, the University of Arkansas will feature several events, including a discussion on creating a sustainable food future while conserving biodiversity and reducing emissions.

Bentonville is filled with music and art events throughout the month. On September 5, the Van Cliburn Concert Series will feature the enchanting Bax-Chung Duo, known for their virtuoso piano skills. September 6 brings the Live on the Green Concert Series, with performances by TLC and Shaggy, as well as Bentonville’s September First Friday—Adrenaline, a free, family-friendly event with local artists, live music, and vendors.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the Gran Fondo Hincapie from September 7 to 8, with a variety of road riding courses and a family fun festival. Sports enthusiasts can also look forward to the Trifest for MS from August 30 to September 1, supporting the Rampy MS Research Foundation.
