Strong Storm Disrupts SOAR NWA
A severe storm temporarily put the brakes on the festive atmosphere at SOAR NWA, an event packed with a variety of activities including hot air balloon rides and glows. Balloons planned to take to the sky for both morning and evening rides, but Mother Nature had other plans.
