Recent Arrests in Benton County
Benton County has seen several recent arrests involving a range of criminal charges. Two individuals were taken into custody in connection with serious crimes that have left law enforcement officials concerned about community safety.
Michael Cibrian, a 21-year-old from Springdale, was arrested Tuesday and is facing charges for aggravated robbery, terroristic act, and aggravated assault. He remains in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Another notable arrest involved Joseph Buttrey, a 27-year-old from Centerton, who was apprehended Monday. Buttrey faces charges for aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering, and like Cibrian, he is being held in the Benton County Jail without bail.
These arrests come at a time when the local justice system is grappling with issues of drug trafficking and other violent crimes. The heightened vigilance of law enforcement in Benton County serves as a warning to those engaging in criminal activity that swift action will be taken against those who threaten the safety of the community.
