Wellness Wednesday: The Power of Pauses

In a world that seems to never stop moving, we often forget the importance of pressing pause. This notion was eloquently illustrated by Rachel Hill, who used her reflection during quarantine to highlight the necessity of taking a moment to reassess our lives and question what truly matters.

Unlike during quarantine, when external circumstances forced us to pause, we rarely take the time to introspect.
