A new Hilton hotel is set to take shape on Dickson Street in Fayetteville. This seven-story hotel, planned to house up to 230 rooms, marks a significant development for the area. According to public records, it will be situated at 542 Dickson Street, an address formerly occupied by the Bank of Fayetteville’s train branch. This project, known as the Hilton Motto & Tempo, will not only offer accommodations for visitors but also include various amenities. The facilities are expected to feature a sports bar, coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar, making it a desirable destination for both travelers and locals. The development was made possible through the recent purchase of 0.7 acres of land by Shash Goyal, CEO of iSquare Management, for .6 million. Although the train cars on the property will remain, they were not part of the sale. The construction timeline is still dependent on the city’s planning approval process, with a targeted completion date set for late 2026. This project will sit alongside another planned hotel at the southern edge of West Avenue and Dickson Street, owned by Brian Reindl. This seven-story hotel will have a smaller capacity of 114 rooms. These upgrades to Fayetteville’s hospitality infrastructure, combined with ongoing projects like the West Avenue parking deck, are transforming the city’s arts corridor. As the area continues to evolve, both visitors and residents are sure to benefit from the influx of amenities and services.
