Little Rock panel approves updated design guidelines for MacArthur Park Historic District
Little Rock has officially approved updated design guidelines aimed at preserving the city’s historic character. The guidelines will help ensure that new construction and renovations in historic areas of the city maintain the unique architectural style and character of the area. The approval of the guidelines comes after months of collaboration between city officials, historic preservationists, and developers to balance growth and modernization with the preservation of Little Rock’s history.
